Items not received, can't reach customer care via email or phone
Placed an order mid-Feb which was never sent.
Cannot get hold of anyone for an update or refund. Tried emailing and phoning customer care but no response.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Made a order in December and item has not been received as yet, basically they said it was delivered, upon checking my cameras item was not delivered, I then called again and the lady said it was not delivered and she would escalate it, have not received any communication as yet
