I purchased Kathy Kays popcorn balls from Amazon. It says 24 popcorn balls for $23.99 and when you open the box there is 18.

That is false advertisement and is cheating the customer and I am very unhappy. I will not purchase from Kathy K foods again because they're liars and cheaters.

Moldy tasting popcorn balls

I bought a bag of you popcorn balls from Walmart a few weeks ago. Tried the first one and it was good, but second one had rancid or moldy taste to it.I opened and tried all and 3 had that taste.

Then one had very hard clumps of caramel in it. Could not even try to eat it. I am wondering if you want me to send the 4 back with info numbers included. Bar code: 8-96324 ** 152, and PN123004****B.

Experation date is 4-30-20. Thank you, Diane Hagel 504 Lake Blvd. So.

Questionable products...

I recently purchased a Halloween Carmel Corn Cob. While taking my first few bites, I was curious who made the product and found Kathy Kaye Foods online.

I was taken aback that their website features the image of a farm and phrases such as "quality ingredients"—I'm not sure how Yellow 6, mono and diglycerides, artificial flavors and colors, etc constitute "quality ingredients." It doesn't surprise me that profit-hungry companies use these ingredients, but the hypocrisy their branding and tagline was downright offensive. I hope that Kathy Kaye Foods will consider, not adjusting their branding/philosophy, but improving their products to include "quality" ingredients.

Worst Customer Service Ever Encountered

I ordered Caramel Cobs from Kathy Kaye Foods, on 8-7-13. A week later, I hadn't received my order so I called the company.

They told me they would be shipped the next day. A week later I called them again. I was told that they hadn't been shipped, but would be the next day and that I would have them by 8-26-13. Today is 8-27-13 and I still don't have them.

So, it's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my order. I live in Colorado and the company is in Utah.

Horrible shipping process and lying employees. I would never order anything from these people, again.

String them up by their popcorn balls!

Strange, I've always had great service. I always make sure to order 12 of the full pallet displays each time I order, and I always receive them in 3 days, as promised.

Craving some right now???
