Animal abuse

I was looking for comforters on the Kohls website. Expanding my search, I found that your comforters are sold in many stores. Quite a few are down. I realize that some are down alternative . I strongly feel that you need to switch to the alternative completely. Have you ever seen how the down is collected? Birds held by their feet while the feathers are Pulled Out if Their Body!! Can you even imagine how terribly painful and traumatic that is?? The only way it will stop is if companies like yours refuse to carry these products. PLEASE, I beg of you.... there is absolutely no need to abuse birds . The alternatives are just fine. Do the right thing! Be a leader in your business!

COMPLIMENT-GREAT STORY ABOUT MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING GOWN

My daughter(Erin) saw the gown online immediately wanted it.Only 2 shops in NJ carried it.It was from the 2011 collection I believe k1749,had simple feathers. Her gift from bridesmaids a photographer to take pics on their 3day honeymoon of her jumping in ocean(sadly called gown trashing here in JERSEY)in the beautiful gown. Not only did the gown come out of ocean as perfect as day of wedding.... feathers were perfect, gown still damp in her suitcase she hung it from her deck to dry at home for a week and it rained at home.Still perfect....Now we weren't getting it boxed but when I saw how it held up broke my heart not to have it officially boxed for prosperity.I SHOULD have minded my own business, the dry cleaners wrecked it ...all the feathers fell off .... I thought something was odd over a month no gown, then they admitted their error, and thought as a gesture of good will ...to sew roses where feathers were.At least they were white roses,I said not necessary it was hideous but they insisted...I paid $125.00 for the boxing ..the roses were free and really looked bad...I was laughing so hard and didn't tell my daughter since it was boxed she would never know and they gave the feathers back in box. Everytime my daughter visited and looked at box I guess I would grin(to this day I still laugh)finally had to own up to what they did....my writing to you today is to let you know what a terrific gown you made, it survived the Florida ocean but not a NJ DRY CLEANER..I have before and after pics to substantiate this story.... I wish I could have included the pics with this article...even hanging from the deck after the ocean, airline flight wet in her suitcase ... Hope you enjoy a different story and thank you for taking time to read...the pics were worth a thousand words... Sincerly, Erins mom...Barbara

User's recommendation: Just store your gown.

Worse sheets I have ever purchased in 60 years of housekeeping.

3 years ago, I purchased 2 sets of Kathy Ireland 1,200 count cotton/polyester sheets from Amazon. They were wonderful. Definitely 1,200 count and pretty much wrinkle resistant. Wanted another set, so I looked on Amazon. They no longer carried them. So, I found them at Walmart.com. On-line, they were described and appeared identical to the ones from Amazon. Wow!!! Was I ever wrong. They are as thin as the old-fashioned handkerchiefs that my dad carried 60 years ago. You can see through them!! My Kleenex is about as thick, no kidding!!They were one big mess of set-in wrinkles, forget wrinkle/resistant!!! I put them on the bed, then washed them. A nightmare. Wrinkled so badly I had to stand and try to iron them. both sides. Still, the wrinkles would not come out. In addition the ironing was especially hard because they were not cut evenly and by the time I got to the bottom. the was a 4 inch variance. I got so disgusted trying to iron them, that I wadded them up and threw them out. $60.00 wasted. I'm retired and cannot afford such a waste of money, but refuse to stand and iron the impossible to iron.

Sold me furniture that was inferior.

PURCHASED A LIVINIG ROOM SET BY kATHY iRELAND , THE PRICE WAS $L400 FOR COACH LOVESIT. i the cushions not only sank in the middle even though replaced still the same thing. The cushions do not fit the coach. I seen better fitting sofas in a thirft store. The material is inferior. I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU GET AWAY WITH SELLING SUCH SUBSTANDARD FURNITURE. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MANY CUSTOMERS HAD TO TAKE YOU TO COURT TO GET GET ANY SATISFACTION. MY FURNITURE IS A LITTLE OVER A YEAR OLD. i CAN'T GO OUT AND GET ANOTHER SET FOR ABOUT 12 YEARS.
