Still have not received my refund
I sent my dress back on April 26. I have been tracking the shipment on the internet. On May 16 it was attempted to be delivered to your place of business. Obviously no one accepted the package. There has not been any more tracking information since that date, nor have I received a refund on my account. I find it very odd for a business one such as yours, has no phone number to call and talk to anyone. I have contacted my lawyer and explained to him what I have gone through to return this dress and since I still have no refund I will be contacting him again and taking legal steps against your company.

I sent my dress back April 26, 2012. I have been tracking the package since. Last tracking notification was on May 16 at 2:32 p.m. which was Attempted Delivery. Now why was no one there to accept package. I work for the District Attorney in my county and I now have started action to this Light in the Box Company for their neglect to customers. I paid a lot of money for this dress and I was told via email that I would recieve a credit on my account. If I do not hear anything from you witin the next 2 business days, I will continue to have charges filed. My email is Burkey2129@***.net. Name is Kathy Burke
