I strongly recommend that you dont use Kathy enterprise cleaning service.

Kathy is untrustworthy, unreliable, extremely difficult and unkind to work with. I recently fired her because I couldnt handle how mean and unprofessional she is to deal with on a weekly basis.

Fake review to damage a small business. Very sad and vindictive.

I see no reason to be mean and try to hurt another person/company. Disparaging reviews can be seen through, and most people recognize the false words.

My experience involves kathryn catering business

My daughter got married 90 days ago at the Jupiter civic center Kathryn and my daughter had some issues with various aspects of the wedding and had words. Five days ago while on a business trip in California my new son in law of 90 days had a massive heart attack and died.

When arriving home with her died husband back to Florida my daughter gets a email from Kathryn Fagan and it said and I quote Hey disgusting human being you should be kinder to people especially your mother you ungrateful wench.

by the way speaking of karma, aren't you the one with the dead Husband.Be well evil princess end of quote. I don't care what transpired between Kathryn and my daughter but to write something like that to a girl who just lost her husband is beyond words.As the father who is hurting because his daughter is devastated over her lose I am writing this review to hopefully protect someone else's daughter from dealing with this evil woman.

Only a few short months after being married, my step-daughter’s husband passed away suddenly. Kathryn Fagan was the wedding planner and the ceremony took place at the Jupiter Civic Center.

There were many issues prior to the ceremony. My step-daughter and Kathryn did not get along well to say the least! Upon hearing about my son-in-law passing away (not sure how she knew this), Kathryn sent my step-daughter a message basically stating that it was “karma” that “she was the one with a dead husband” and told her to “sleep well.” This message was sent four days after his death. To say we are hurt, upset, and angry is an understatement.

I have left several voicemails and emails attempting contact to discuss how anyone could be so nasty, but of course, received no response. Do your research and check all reviews before hiring anyone!

I just discovered this complaint. This is A COMPLETE false statement.

If anyone had contacted me regarding a problem, complaint or other reason, i would absolutely respond. The ironic thing is that i communicated just fine with mother of the bride (who handled everything).

The bride was a very emotional young lady, but that had no bearing on my job. I would have responded had i been contacted.

Highly Professional Company!! My fiance and i worked together with Kathryn for over a year.

We started in early 2016. When our wedding was cancelled due to the hurricane of October 2016, Kathryn was right there to help us put it all back together 6 months later for NO additional fees. We had to secure the venue on another day and lucky for us, Kathryn was able to handle all those arrangements. The services were great, she was able to help us find several vendors that were reasonable and dependable, like herself.

The food was awesome and our wedding day perfect! We even had the best weather and considering we had to reschedule because of the worst weather, we felt fortunate. There are always going to be situations that do not work out. Weddings are highly stressful.

Things can frequently run behind schedule and that can affect all parties involved. We can speak from experience having our wedding rescheduled by an act of Mother Nature! Who's fault is that? A wedding is a lot of responsibility.

We could not have pulled it together with details that fell into place without Kathy and her Krew. Things we simply didn't know about, items we needed to have and the simplest of decorations. I urge you to make your own conclusion. Do not rely on the opinion of others.

In today's world of social media, much can be distorted. We are forever grateful to know Kathryn Fagan and highly recommend her services.

Kathryn is rude and disrespectful

The owner Kathryn Fagan is rude and disrespectful. She yelled at the children at the Civic Center for running around, laughing and playing at a kid friendly beach wedding.

Kathryn accused the parents of not doing their jobs as parents for letting the kids play. Kathryn got in the guests faces with her disrespectful, rude attitude and pulled the bride off the dance floor by her arm to yell at her and wave her hands in her face. Kathryn yelled at a mother and her 7 year old daughter for standing outside the women’s restroom waiting to use it. Kathryn grabbed a 2 year old up by her arm when she walked near her and when confronted about it Kathryn yelled that the parents were not watching their kids, when the father was steps away from the little girl at all times.

Kathryn threatened to shut down the wedding and tried to make the guests leave early. As Kathryn stormed out of the civic center with her husband, multiple guests witnessed her yelling at and hitting her husband. Her behavior and attitude are atrocious and I would not recommend her to anyone. I am beyond shocked and appalled how Kathryn can keep her business open when her customer service is this horrible.

Her saving grace must be her crew.

The crew was great, polite, personable, and almost seemed apologetic and embarrassed by their boss’s behavior, as they should be. I hope the crew can find better jobs aside from working for this awful woman and her sinking ship of a business.

Run far and fast from this service!!!!! My step daughter was married in April and there were several issues during ceremony that were resolved such as not enough seating, Kathryn’s complete lack of professionalism and quite more.

Tragically, my step daughters husband passed away unexpectedly several days ago.

She was sent an email my Kathryn telling her “she was an evil wench” “karma is a *** and telling her “ you are the one with a dead husband evil princess.” Again....RUN far and fast! I am shocked at how someone could be so hateful.

NASTY WOMAN!!!

Very dishonest and rude woman. Tried to bribe a bride into using her catering services by telling her that she could only have her chosen wedding date at a venue if she used Kathryn's catering serice otherwise she was going to give the date to another bride.

She was rude and made many rude comments to this bride resulting in the bride losing the venue she had her heart set on. This woman should be ashamed of herself.

This is disgusting that she is bribing people to use her business.

As 25 individual people stood in line to rent a venue, the date i chose was one that was desired by the bride in question, whom i never met before. The person writing this was a bystander and NOT involved in the conversation.

After the bride became hysterical when she learned i chose her date, i offered my business card only because i did not have a deposit from my client for that date as of yet. Life happens and things change so i told her in the event this wedding did not go thru (this was 10 months in advanced) i would be happy to let her know.

I recently had a groom cancel a wedding 2 months prior and i have also had a bride postpone a wedding until the following year!! I thought i was being kind. This by no means meant she needed to use my services!

Since the person writing this was not involved i am not sure how they came to this conclusion. Very Sad.

So sorry for your poor planning and that you didn't have a back up date and that you booked everything before you had your venue secured.

I am sorry to see others post a negative review. we all have bad days and i know first had i am not perfect.

i cannot imagine this company not being responsible for a mistake that was made, if true. I would not continue to do business with anyone who was unreliable or irresponsible. Being a small business owner, those are key! i also know you cannot please all of the people all of the time, so rest assured, there will always be someone who complains.

I would not stake my decision on that of only one other dissatisfied person. See for yourself.

Good catering service but beware of a few major issues

In my haste to review this company's household services, I completely neglected to review the catering aspect of Kathryn Fagan Enterprises, Inc. They have catered a couple of events for me over the past few years and I actually have good things to say! The food was very good and not unreasonably priced, my guests seemed very pleased, and the company will even provide a uniformed person to help with service and clean up, (for an extra fee), which adds a very nice touch. However, there are a few words of caution that you might wish to consider before hiring this company:

1) Be sure that you pay them right away, even if they do not ask. Ms. Fagan will tack on finance charges for late payments. And, should your financial circumstances change (say you lose your job, your spouse dies, or your child starts college, or your dog needs emergency surgery)and you find you have a need to negotiate a payment plan, it will be extremely difficult to work with this company, no matter how long they have known you or what kind of client you have been. In my own experience, I was subject to angry and abusive emails and even a midnight threat call from her ill mannered husband and not-so-silent business partner, Mr. Joseph Anselmo.

2) If you have delicate breakable items, be sure to place them well out of reach. Ms. Fagan's website claims the company has insurance, but it is not the kind of insurance that pays for items that they damage or destroy. In fact, she only once accepted responsibility for breakage of an item (but did not pay; rather attempted to replace it with a poor quality substitute)...usually she would say something such as "maybe your kids broke it", which is highly unlikely since my kids know the importance of HONESTY (unlike Ms. Fagan)and would not hesitate to admit such things.

3)As The Bard so eloquently stated, "all the world's a stage"...therefore maybe you won't mind if details of your personal, financial, and home life are shared with random strangers...but I for one was quite displeased to see that Kathryn Fagan posted details about my life...true and untrue....on the internet for all to see. I believe there is such a thing as "TMI"...(Too Much Information)...the world does not need to know that my dogs had a temporary tick problem, (even if it was caused in part by the failure of Ms. Fagan's employees to properly clean my home)! Also she posted on MY facebook page, under pictures of my 2010 vacation, that I did not pay her for watching my home while I was away in 2010, which is absolutely untrue...but again, she seems to have little regard for TRUTH, which leads me to point #4....

4) If you do have a problem with this company, your options for resolution of the problem are quite limited. In response to my complaint to the BBB, Ms. Fagan did not deny any of the issues (because she could not), but simply stated that my complaint was "false" because I did not want to pay my bill. Perhaps Ms. Fagan lives in an alternate universe, or is just oblivious to the FACTS which can even be substantiated by police reports....the fact is that I waited, with her payment in hand, at the police station (as she told me to do)for over 30 minutes, and she failed to show up. I have told her I would gladly mail her a check if she simply returns items of mine which she possesses without my permission.(including my house keys, tax receipts from donations, and my son's only winter jacket) Anyway, she STILL refuses to return my items, which is basically all I asked for resolution with the BBB. So the case remains unresolved. The catch is, because Kathryn Fagan Enterprises Inc, is not a MEMBER of the BBB, they have limited power to bring about a resolution. She is also not a member of ANY organization that ensures quality control, or ethical standards. So you are truly taking a risk in dealing with this company.

By the way, one of the items she refuses to return is my son\'s only winter jacket. Most of our family lives up north, and winter is fast approaching. Why allow an innocent child to freeze because of a conflict with his parent?

This company worked for me for over 2 years, providing oragnizing, housekeeping, pet and house sitting. Over the years there were instances when things were broken or missing but she refused to take responsibility for them; however this summer there were large expenses incurred as a result of her allowing my dogs to urinate all over my carpets as well as landscaping that died for her failure to contact sprinkler repair in a timely manner as instructed, or to hand water. Also her website claims she will supervise contractors but her failure to do so resulted in paint splattered all over my driveway.

Anyway even with all this I planned to pay her but the bill was very large so I asked for TIME, a payment plan or a settlement. I am a disabled widow on a fixed income. The owner, Kathryn Fagan, became very angry and sent me several abusive emails and text messages before agreeing to a settlement by email, which she subsequently failed to honor. She also had her husband call and threaten me in the middle of the night, and posted slanderous and untrue statements on my facebook page for all to see, violating her own policy of "respect for privacy" which she touts on her website.

Perhaps worst of all, she possesses items of mine which she refuses to return although on 5 separate occasions she promised to do so, always in exchange for money. The first 2 times, I actually paid her ($700 x 2) although the items were not returned. Then I had to sell my son's car to get the rest of the money she demanded but she refused to show up with my items.

Kathryn Fagan says, "I question a person who has nothing but time to surf the internet and file complaints about another person (company) just because the choose to be vindictive." Now THAT is funny!! She is a business owner, that just so happened to find the complaint against her by accident, (so she says.) I am impartial - I know neither party, However, I believe the customer/client.

I have seen the complaints of "crazy" people, and hers is not written like one. Now, Ms Fagan's responses on the other hand ~ oh my! She never quite responds to the actual complaint (items not returned) and at one point she does get personal when discussing the customer/client's lifestyle and spending habits.

Which, IS NONE OF HER BUSINESS! Her business, is her business, perhaps she should pay more attention to it!

She did not want to pay!! She told me that right after she returned form a 5 week trip to Europe, but had no money to pay for the house cleaning, pet sitting etc. So YES, i mentioned that. I am a working person simply wanting to be paid for services rendered.

The "items not returned" was a bag of clothes she sent to goodwill then wanted me to get them back!!

I have some good news to report! After 5 months of waiting, in addition to contacting several consumer advocacy groups, one of these groups was able to convince Kathryn Fagan Enterprises to return my items (including my son's winter jacket, my tax receipts, and my now useless house keys!) A victory for consumer groups is always a win!! :)

Unfortunately, Ms. Fagan herself seems undeterred in her efforts to squeeze out every dime she feels she deserves, in full payment for services inadequately rendered. As she indicates in her comments, she insists on dragging me into court...and correctly states that I have hired an attorney. Since there is quite a bit of money at stake, I have chosen the least expensive option! Ms. Fagan seems blissfully unaware that her legal action caused me to have to choose, during the holiday season, between paying my mortgage or feeding my family. She still seems convinced that I have a "money tree" growing in my backyard, although the actual situation is quite the contrary. :sigh Of course, the judge may not care about this either....but he WILL take note of the fact that Ms. Fagan did agree to a settlement IN WRITING, and then failed to comply with the agreement! :eek

The saddest part of the whole situation, however, is one which I plan to write about in several upcoming articles on hiring an organizer (or any home based service). There is an emotional component to this process, as we allow someone into our private space; in essence they become like "family". Indeed, Ms. Fagan and her employees received gifts, holiday bonuses, first dibs at things I might have sold or donated for tax credit, even special perks from my own home business. In addition, I patiently tolerated last-minute cancellations, broken or missing items, and also work that was done incorrectly or not at all. In return, when I began having financial problems and simply asked for a payment plan, her response was anything but "familial"...she became angry, sent abusive emails, threatened me, refused to return my items, and even slandered my name online. That last item, the betrayal of privacy, was perhaps the worst offense...as a provider of home service there is an ethical standard that confidentiality will be maintained. Unfortunately, Kathryn Fagan Enterprises is not a member of ANY organization that ensures adherence to ethical standards, so she will not be subject to any disciplinary action for this breech of trust. My only option, to protect other innocent clients from falling into this trap, is to take the time to write reviews such as these. As I have stated before...consider yourself warned!! :x

i am proud to say i have MANY wonderful clients that do pay their bills. I have character reference letters, i have references from clients i have worked for for over 15 years, That is what really counts.

One bad apples does not spoil the bunch. There will always be someone who wants to comaplain. Some people like to complain, especially when they have LOTS OF TIME to be mean and maipulative.

This whole thing amounted to a woman who did not want to pay her bill. She does not work, lives on a trust fund and has lots of time to make trouble over nothing.

Kids go to private schools, sleep away camp, european vacations, cruises around the world, all while WE take care of her house. She can afford all that on disability. I only post the truth! In the comment box, Tiana, a customer service representative from Beachbody, wrote, "I'm so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience." She left her contact information and added, "I would be glad to assist you and help to restore your faith in our company."
