Rude, no regard for others in the community

These people are dangerous drivers and a menace in our community, the way their vehicles speed down residential side streets that are heavily trafficked. They should be ticketed for littering in the street, as well. I watched them throw their garbage out onto the sidewalk on multiple occasions, double park without hazards on, and catcall women in uniform. They may think they can act however they please, but they don't deserve to be in business while doing it in company uniform. They should be forced to take responsibility for their actions while on the clock. And before they post some response saying I'm some angry ex-wife like they did on some other review, that is not the case. Im a neighbor to this business and don't want to see them treating my block like their garbage can, making unwanted comments to women who are walking alone (this was on a separate occasion) a or running people off the road with their big SUV and lack of regard for anyone else. Shameful, disturbing behavior that will only get worse unchecked.

Excavation was done improperly. Google search Katchko civil case and Ubuildit

In 2005 UBuildit used Katchko & Sons Excavation and Demolition services. A court determined that Robert Katchko neglected to follow the proper site plans and issued a judgement against Katchko for 215k +. You can find the transcript on-line. This company is not reputable. They dug for a single level and neglected to follow the site plans. It is shameful how negligent this contractor was and the outcome, while taking almost 7 years to resolve, prove that justice ultimately prevails. Please do your due diligence when hiring a subcontractor. The owner is dishonest and acted deceptively. The court docket exemplifies how shameful this company is.

Katchko is nasty and not the good kind. He operates a dirty business.

Steer clear of Robert Katchko because his construction company in Stamford, CT will rip you off. Use An accredited BBB company!!!
