The unsuccessful cleared on my Steripen ultralight is too faint to read and when I asked for help they want me to pay them for the information. Some customer support.

Hiker Pro handle broke second time I used it.
I recently went on a hunting trip in the Frank Church River of no Return Wilderness in Idaho. I was relying on my Katadyn Hiker Pro filter to provide me with drinking water as I was in a very secluded area for seven days.
Unfortunately, on the second day I was there I attempted to use my pump when the plastic handle broke and I was not able to use it for the rest of the trip. I was very disappointed in the performance and the ease with which it broke.
I followed the directions when assembling the pump when I purchased it in 2017. This was the first trip it was used and failed on the second attempt to use it.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
