I didnt receive 4 items totaling 59.96 I tried calling them they never call back try emailing them they dont email back All I want is my money back Im wondering if this is the reason why they dont answer their phones or call anybody back is because youre scamming people out of money thats how I feel I spent $700 with them I think I deserve an answer why my stuff was smashed and I didnt receive my items I deserve my money back for missing items and I dont know if I would do business ever again with Kaswords
User's recommendation: Call them if they don’t answer or call u back don’t do business with them not worth all this.

Having a small business and relying on vendors is often hard. KA swords, cant apparently read a phsyical address and a Po box for letters, and their managers and staff can not figure which one to use on a 38 pound order. delaying an order for 4 days to just leave it unshipped. and then change shipping methods to make it the most expensive. 65.00 in shipping. for regular ground service. small business owners BEWARE you are not getting as good of a deal as you think! Do your research there are lots of others out there who are not looking to rip you off.
