Trying to get a hold of Kaswords.
I didnt receive 4 items totaling 59.96 I tried calling them they never call back try emailing them they dont email back All I want is my money back Im wondering if this is the reason why they dont answer their phones or call anybody back is because youre scamming people out of money thats how I feel I spent $700 with them I think I deserve an answer why my stuff was smashed and I didnt receive my items I deserve my money back for missing items and I dont know if I would do business ever again with Kaswords

Having a small business and relying on vendors is often hard. KA swords, cant apparently read a phsyical address and a Po box for letters, and their managers and staff can not figure which one to use on a 38 pound order.
delaying an order for 4 days to just leave it unshipped. and then change shipping methods to make it the most expensive. 65.00 in shipping. for regular ground service.
small business owners BEWARE you are not getting as good of a deal as you think!
Do your research there are lots of others out there who are not looking to rip you off.

I spend over an hour on this site browsing products and adding them to the cart. I got out my credit card and hit the checkout button. Here is the popup message I recieved!
MINIMUM ORDER $100
LOL don't waste your time. If they want to insult people then they sure hit that nail on the head. However I also lost $30 of my time.
So that is an hour of my life I will NEVER get back. They could fix the problem in a hurry in one of two ways: Put the minimum order problem on every page in big bold letters or reduce the minimum order. They could also close up shop. That's three but I had to put in 100 words here.
Most wholesalers have a minimum order. If you are a reseller, why wouldn't you spend at least $100.00.
Master Cutlery has a minimum of $250.00. They are the manufacturers of M-Tech and other popular brands.
