Delivery has no tracking and can't reach cutomer service
I have called customer service at opening time, 8:30 AM Eastern. They are always out of the office; you can't leave a message at all.
I have been calling for 2 days; they are always out of the office. I would not recommend them just for this reason, regardless of the quality of their product.

Poor qualitly product that does not comply with specifications
- Kasnake rods broke during testing without a reel; reel tension and drag issues.
- Material claim of 24T/30T or hard plastic seems questionable.
Will not elaborate further as i had provide a thorough explanation about recent purchase kasnake fishing rods that broke instantly on testin without any reel installed, suspicious if the material is what it claimed 24T or 30T? Or some hard plastic!
Baitcast reel that cannot work ad tension *** cannot be tighten and drag star too tight cannot be loosen much- manufacturing defects!
