I did not select renewal but you automatically renewed all the same. My Internet Protection should not have started at the beginning of March as you have done anyway. Therefore, I would like you to pay back my money to Paypal who I have already informed about this. JIM TAYLOR

Cancellation and refund of auto-renewal of security protection

Some years ago I purchased Kaspersky security protection at the same time as purchasing my new laptop. Since then every year the security protection auto-renews without provision for cancelling the policy. I do not even have the laptop now. I find it very annoying that it is so difficult to cancel this product. I do not have the order number, as already stated the laptop is defunct!! This payment is taken annually. Issue with new Kaspersky.

I could not get my new Kaspersky to add to the existing days left on my old one.But now it has been resolved and got all my Kaspersky now.

Cancel my subscription

The amount of £49.99 was taken from my account without my permission to renew . I had no intention of renewing and has tried several times to unsubscribed. I have no informatio on what is covered .Please tell me where do I go from here.

I Am 82 years old live on my own under lockdown tried to renew my subscription must have paid the wrong amount £34.99 x2 have tried to contact someone but have not been successful all I need is some help!!!!!!

Customer service is the poorest or the poor and they don’t give a dam

The customer service and transparency from this company is dire. They simply do not care and have no interest in putting right their mistakes. My Kaspersky product was stopped after six months for no reason and without warning leaving my families and I exposed to viruses and malware. When I realised and queried it they intimated that my copy was fake and demanded I send scans my receipt and packaging. By sheer fluke I still had them and scanned them over. They then told me that I should buy from a reputable company, I purchased from Curry’s, PC world, I don’t know how much more reputable you can get. They then said it was an admin mistake by curry’s. They then reinstated the covet and gave me a code for the month I had missed out. I have demanded an apology and explanation which they have not given, and they keep fobbing me off when I try to get to the bottom of it, after several mails I got the name of the person I was in correspondence with who had hidden behind the sign off “Kaspersky” despite several requests as to who I was dealing with. I was told they have no complaints dept and wasn’t entitled to an explaination. Had I not still had my receipt and packaging I would have been deprived of the cover. This company are woefully insincere and corrupt. They hold customers to ransom and take no ownership, responsibility or blame for their utterly poor service and they don’t give damn. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TOTALLY DISHONEST COWBOYS

I was charged twice for a years subscription from Kaspersky within two months of my renewa, i tried speaking to somebody but they said its not there dept say they passed me to another auto robot answering service which got me no were but feeling very frustrated plus they have been unable to sort my virus problem which i found my self which is in my windows browser i am not happy with these people and do not intended to renew next years subscription. If anybody wanted advice about using Kaspersky products antivirus id look else were folks the fact that these people had the nerve to take extra money out my account with out my permission is beyond me i have instructed the bank to put a block on any further monies going out of my account

Paid £44.95 and Kaspersky doesn't deliver

After purchasing Kaspersky Internet security last year I didn't activate my licence as my husband had bought one himself and he had done it. We didn't realise that we had doubles until recently, when Kaspersky contact my husband saying licence was about to expire. I contacted Kaspersky and explained what happened and that the licence in my name hadn't been used at all, as they knew. But they told me licence stars running from day of purchase. A physical support won't get activated until you insert the cd and activate it yourself, I thought to myself. Why does an online product work differently? So they keep my £44.95 and they won't give me what I paid for. They insist they can't do anything about it, that I really can't believe/ understand.
