Didn’t get my order

Placed an order online and paid in full, got to the store to collect at the time slot and the store was closed. Emailed a few times to get a refund and no one has bothered to contact me back.
Very poor service. Highly disappointed

After a long day at work I wanted a kaspas (which is my favourite) and I made the effort to drive down there and get one. I made an order of which was x2 Strawberry indulgence crepe with extra chocolate sauce which I paid extra for.
After driving back home and opening the box it was appalling. Badly presented and no care in the presentation what so ever. Hardly any chocolate sauce, and mainly just the pancake with mushy strawberries which tasted like a Yorkshire pudding. I was very upset about this as I paid £15 for this to be bland and messy and not what you advertise.
Not impressed. I tried to call my local kaspas in canterbury but the number that I repeatedly phoned did not go through.
Tried numerous phones but nothing worked. Disappointed
