Questions , how can you tell if someone attach themselves to your cameras?
My cameras are rotating when you walk in a room and I dont know how you set them that way, but I didnt! And question is, how can I tell if another person has access my cameras I need answers! If they were letting my home and they accessed, how can I find out if they are watching?

The phone call was horrible connection got nowhere camera still not working can't get my model number because it's wore off of the camera

I need technical assistance setting up my new lights to come on at sunset and turn off at Sunrise. I set it up, but one works sometimes and the others not at all! Reaching technical support is very dificult.

I was having trouble connecting my smart plug. I became very frustrated!!
Called Kasa helpline and was very fortunate to have James help me.
He was very patient and knowledgeable. Definitely made my experience with Kasa a pleasure

Great
The agent helped me solve a problem in the setup, and it worked. It had to do with the iPhone, VPN, and cellular data.
Once those were turned off, the install succeeded.
He also called back as the phone got disconnected.

I need to try to get my lightbulbs to work and I have Wi-Fi. Its saying I dont so I need to have some help. Everybody is not great on the computer so Id really like a voice to voice phone call please to walk me through to get this thing to work I appreciate it thank you.

There is no one to talk to. It’s ridiculous that you don’t have an 800 number for technical support.
I have had technical issues with setting up the Kasa smart switch H2 20. No one there to talk to anytime you try to get online they say theyll send you an email and when the email comes it still doesnt help you in anyway. kasa being a fairly large company should be ashamed of themselves having this type of customer service and technical support

Id like to cancel my subscription for this Kasa Camera service please. I have need of a security monitoring service rather than simply this camera.

Nothing got resolved. I want to know who hacked into my camera because they robbed me!
Sure I can do a factory reset, but thats not going to lead me to prosecute the criminal!

Huge PITA when you can’t talk to live person but Kasa almost always has live tech support
The app setup is not forgiving if your customer makes a mistake but regardless I love the Kasa devices once it’s setup
