Can't get my Kasa smart plug to link up to my Wi-Fi

The number that you gave me to call, just let me into a menu loop. Then I got some kind of a chat with someone that did not resolve the problem.

They just repeated the questions over and over. Terrible.

They needed the old one back, not knowing I trashed it. So they would not send another one.

There was a power outage. Afterward, all of my Kasa devices worked except for one.

There was no phone number available to call. There was no chat available.

Only email help was available. That really isn't sufficient to resolve any problems.

Clicking noise only . Not working at all I am very familiar with the product due to the fact I have several smart devices in my home .

I called customer support and they said they needed the smart plug that wasnt working and un fortunately unknown to me being upset after several hours trying to troubleshoot I threw it in the trash. So they said they couldnt help me without the old one and didnt even offer me some time courtesy replacement on this $7.00 dollar item .Its very sad the really dont care about loyal customers.

Turn on light buld

I was able to turn on three smart light bulbs by myself, but couldn't get the last one for some reason. The representative helped me to turn on the fourth bulb and it's always easier when done with a customer rep. Thanks.

After jumping through hoops for over an hour, I finally got through and said hello. I was hung up on.

After trying to get help for my smart bulb for a total of 3 hours, I'm too frustrated to deal with it. I'll never buy another product from them.

Ms.Jeline was very helpful and patient. She walked me through my reset and I got it done successfully.

Once I got the model number everything went well, Jeline was able to walk me through the factory reset process and got my device back online and I'm able to use my phone to control the system.
