Kartar roadlines , company owner name bittu(benipal) is itself worst than worst and this makes company more worst. Totally opposite of what he always deal with you.
Things he did me with worked a s company driver-
- Didn’t pay me as promised before hired but my mistake that I continued by ignoring one dollar difference,$27 instead of $28 and missheard/miss communication was reason given by him.
- Mid of my working duration came up with somekind of contract for safety purposes as said by him but it was all about your payment he will be holding as security for 3 months after you leave company and another was for driver being responsible for damage if any damage occured and more of just looking for reason to not paying driver , this was all about that contract.
-Most importantly and very dangerously thing this company will make you do and you will be unaware.
Printing and his own made weight sheets which is government document provided to carriers for safety and without any care of drivers and people on roads and highways, he will move his truck just to save and make some bucks same time.
- Running his truck by bypass/deleted DEF system which is illegal for company and driver for driving and fine is $2500 for both.
- three months since i left company and suppose to get paid my last 3 weeks paycheq as per contract . I called him multiple times and he just picked call and never talked from front , pretent to be like a call with bad signal.
- Cons begins when you get your first paycheque
