Dealership Fraud and Theft

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This dealership commits fraud. They have numerous complaints with the department of highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

They will sell you a car that is functional just enough for you not to notice. Bought a 2013 Model S, car was too good to be true. Very clean on the inside and outside. Come to find out the car only charges to 60 miles.

Did not find this out until after I left the dealership with the car and made my way to a charing station where I could not charge the car because Rafael gave me paperwork in someone else's name. So I was not able to register the car with Tesla. Having lived an hour away I had to sleep in the car the first night I got the car. The next day I had to get the car towed to three different locations because I had to find a charging port that was compatible with my car (not every charging station supports teslas without an adapter, which should of been in the car but was not).

After spending 700 to get the car towed to a friends work location where I was allowed to plug it up, I took the car back after the dealership Rafael specifically said he communicated with the owner and they agreed to cancel the deal. I get to the dealership they have the nerve to ask me if I wanted to spend 20k on a battery replacement for the Tesla, wtf who in the right mind would do something like that after that just got into a vehicle that was listed at 14k but somehow jumped to 26k after financing. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY 3500 back. I filled a complaint with the Department of HMVS, the attorney generals office, and I filled a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection.

After about a day I Realized I left a few items in the car specifically my Airpods. So I found a location on the airpods ironically I left them in the car at the dealership, I know because of the location. So the next day I reach out to Rafael who has no idea what Im talking about, like he didnt take the keys from me when I came to bring the car back and he parked it in the corner of the lot. While on the phone I try to pull up a location for my airpods and surprisingly they no longer show up.

Meaning one thing and one thing only someone at the dealership went into the car took them out and added them to their apple account. Even if they were dead it would still show them at the last known location, no location completely gone. I just moved to Florida from Michigan and this is the type of *** behavior Florida has to offer?

I am meeting with lawyers to find the perfect one for a class action suit, this is not these *** first time cheating people out of their hard earned money, peoples last.

Its one thing to sell a car "as is" but its another to lie, conceal information, and commit fraud just to get a sell. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Hi! I’m trying to do my best to punish them, they took my car as a trade in and never put it in a contract.

Now they pretend what car I’m talking about.

I lost my car and trying to find people with who I can unite to investigate the case against them. My phone 754 232-**** Akniyet.

Bad customer service

Made a deal on a truck prior night. Confirmed truck there in the morning.

Informed them I was driving down 3 hours and wanted no surprises. Texted on the way with them that truck was still there.

" Oh yes...come" they say. SURPRISE.

Truck was sold before I got there at the time we agreed on.

*** business. Stay away.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I bought a car from them on nov 10,2020 for 9700 everything included 90 day same as cash. They presented doc stating if I dont pay in 90 days I would have to pay more.

I said that fair if I dont give u the money. I went back a week later to pay of the balance and when I got there. I told them to right me a receipt before I send the cash via zelle he wrote the receipt and signed his signature and I wrote 3700 paid my last zelle payment failed. They only received 3500 they then said u owe us more money I said that not what the deal was the deal was 9700 cash by 2/10/2020.

I filed a complaint with the dmv and they said because I signed the documents I would have to pay it I said fine but the deal also promise the would fix the car I bought from them which has a check engine light.

They sent the dmv forge documents that I signed a buyer warranty guide vehicle sold as is. They forged my signature and lied..karl
