I bought a pair of Karrimor Annecy beach shoes from Sports Direct, size 12
I wore them once to the beach & when I tried to put them on at the end of the day that had shrunk so much that I couldnt wear them. Even my Daughter who is size 7 couldnt even get them on.
Its ridiculous, I wont be buying Karrimor products again.

Walking boots falling apart
The boots are less than a year old( they were a Christmas gift)and only used for gentle walking with my dog in the park. The sole of one has come away and the other is starting to do the same.

The experience was one of frustration and failure. It took several efforts to get a customer telephone number , at the end of which to hear that there is nobody there to speak to me.
Instead, it was promised that someone will get back to me, which did not happen. - Very bad public relations!!!

Complaint I am trying to contact Karrimor to complain about a pair of walking boots I bought less than a year ago,I have hardly worn them but the last time I did they leaked it wasn’t as though I was.

I bought a pair of walking boots but after less than a year they started leaking badly but I only wore them occasionally and hoped theyd last much longer..anyway..I simply cant contact Karrimor they make it sooo difficult if not impossible but they wont get my custom againregards John Marriott.

issue over prices paid
- - Ordered two Karrimor shoes online; boxes showed 50% off prices, so a refund to match half-price is sought.
i ordered 2 pairs of shoes from karrimor and paid the prices shown online store. when they arrived i found that on each box was large sticker which said from 50% off and gave a price which was half the price i paid.
now is it right or acceptable for me to pay the full price on each pair of shoes ordered when the stickers on each box display show that each pair of shoes ordered and paid for at full prices when it is obvious that they have been marketed at half price. i feel that in the circumstances i should have been charged at the half price charges shown and marked at. and therefore be given a refund on the prices i paid and the prices shown on the stickers on each box.
hope this can be resolved and rectified to my advantage. m g hannam
