Buyer Beware there is no customer service

Karndean is going to do nothing. I tried emailing the CEO and also the head of their claims and did not receive a respond from either one.
I told them the sample they received from me had nothing on it but their products and that I would appreciate them having a Rep contact me to look at my floor.
That is what you will experience if you purchase and have a problem with their products. Shame on me for not doing my homework before buying Karndean.
We had Karndean luxury vinyl planks installed in our kitchen which when done looked just great. The problem started with foot prints and smudges on the floor.
We contacted Karndean and were told to use only their cleaning supplies which that is all that we have used. Their cleaner their remove and their refresh but still no luck with the problem. Our supplier filed a complaint with Karndean and Karndean asked that we have our installer remove a plank and give it to our supplier so they could get the sample. After they had the sample for 3 months we finally heard back from our supplier and Karndean said there was a gloss on the sample of which was their refresh that they said to use.
All I wanted them to do was have a rep from their company come out to look at our floor which the would not do for us. Personally I think this product was defective the day we bought it but they will not admit it,nor will they send a rep out to look at it.
I might be only 1 in 100 that might have this problem. So if you are looking for a company that will stand behind their product I STRONGLY advise staying away from this company because there is no customer support.
