Major Issues with Staff
- - Doctors may be excellent, but patient experience depends on staff; rating: Disappointing; left McLaren for Ascension after office staff issues.
Folks (Important)
Doctors maybe excellent in what they do, however, patients see more of the medical staff, and patients are (customers) form a option about doctors from how the "Medical staff" handles patients (customers) at doctors' practice. I am not saying that this Doctor is poor and/or middle of the road, but you have to rate by how the medical Staff handles their roles at this office.
My option may not count - but my rating is: "Disappointing".
You might check around and compare other doctors in this type of practice.
Might try the other Karmanos Cancer Institutes out I am not saying that they are any better! I terminated the Karmanos McLaren center, because of the office staff way of handling their patients., and elected to find an Ascension Doctor and facilities.

Our family used to have all doctors at McLaren for 45 years until we figured out that the Office Staff and a few doctors do not meet or come up to the McLaren standards.
Our family started to look around for other medical facilities and elected to settle on Ascension after looking into Henry Ford, Beaumont medical facilities.
If you find great Doctors, Hospitals, Medical facilities Do not stray away from them, because the grass is not greener over there.
If we could give them a ZERO, we would have.
