Karma Go steals!
- Karma billed $100 for 20 GB; used 9.37 GB.
- After changing to 10 GB, billed $75; 9.73 GB shown.
Whatever you do, do not use Karma! They steal!
I signed up with Karma on February 17th, 2017 to their premium plan for 20 GB per month. I was billed $100.00. At the end of the thirty days I had used only 9.37 GB. Knowing my usage to be about half of what I had expected, I changed my premium plan to 10 GB per month.
The following day I was billed $75.00, yet my account showed only 9.73 GB. Karma had stolen the 9.37 left on my account. They claim they do not “roll over” from month to month. But what I paid for, was clearly taken away by Karma!
And the fact that they do not “roll over” is not mentioned in their advertising. I liked Karma. Their delivery was good. My internet connection was excellent.
But their business practices are inexcusable! I immediately bought a Verison JetPack which provides unlimited usage, at (I predict) less per month cost.
I no longer need Karma. And neither should you!
