Went into "Karma" Hair Salon in Revere, MA to try to get a "walk in" haircut. Not a soul in the place other than the owner & the receptionist, but I got an upturned nose and a "Sorry, by appointment only." Never bothered to check her book, never said "I have someone coming in in five minutes, but can fit you in at (?)", nothing.
The owner is clearly equally lacking in manners, and business sense.
For every customer you treat that way, he/she will tell ten or more potential customers about the experience. You DO know what "Karma" means, right????
