The review does not note positives; the visit included a test drive and trade-in appraisal process but resulted in disappointment rather than praise.

Negative Feedback / Risk Areas

  • Reports of unexpected fees and billing labeled as hidden cost that raised the advertised price significantly.

Bad experience i give them negative stars

AI Highlights
  • - Drove from Long Island to Westfield, NJ; salesman claimed a bidding war.
  • - Trade-in offered $10k on a $13.5k KBB; hidden fees inflated the price; tires needed replacement.

My son and I drove from eastern Long Island to Westfield, NJ, to trade in and buy a new car my son wanted. They test drove the trade-in car, which had a KBB appraisal of $13,500.

They offered $10,000, then we test drove the car we came to buy. The tires were bad and would need to be replaced, so we sat down to review the cost to buy the car, which was advertised for $25,500. The salesman started showing me hidden fees, which included anti-theft stuff, preparation, destination, and things I had never heard of. To buy a car, usually, it's taxes and DMV and a little for preparation.

In total, $10,000 was added to the price to the point where we had to leave as the gap to close the deal was too far. The next day, I had a friend call, acting like he was interested in the car. The salesman told him it was sold in a bidding war between a father and son and another man.

A bidding war I wasn't aware of. The worst part was my son was so disappointed; it was his first car purchase, and the ride home was very solemn.
