I went to the store in Miromar Outlets 12/17/25 store was a messy all the bags and purses on the floor when i try to look at one the lady told me they were sold very rude.

We both have enjoyed the looks and quality of everything you offer and we have. Unfortunately, this time being in the closest store to our home, was not very pleasant. We have shopped at this location a few times, as I mentioned closest to home. We regularly shop at the Cabazon store where theirs more selection.
On Saturday as we enter the store, we hear a hello, welcome, from 5-6 employees surrounding the cashier register area. My first thought, training in process. As we are looking and choosing t-shirts for myself and my daughter, were asked by a friendly and very helpful employee, I believe his name was Gerad. Mind you, he was stocking, cleaning and helping customers at the same time meanwhile the others kept walking back and forth from the back room on to the cashier, huddling, laughing and just being as some say here, Ghetto.
At that moment the environment had a weird feeling. I felt off but ignored and kept shopping. My daughter decided to try on a couple shirts, as she walked towards the fitting rooms she was followed by a female employee. My daughter being 17 noticed how the employee scanned her with her vision not making it the least obvious.
My daughter tried the shirt on and called me on my cellphone to go see how it fit. As Im walking towards the fitting room, holding 3 shirts on my left hand raised high, since I was pushing my Nuna brand baby stroller(high handlebar). Then who seemed like a manager from how I heard him speak to the rest of the employes then asked me with a high tone uncertain voice and rushing his word. Mam would you like to try those on?, not looking at me but strongly focusing at my stroller from one side to another.
I then turn Around and told him my daughter is trying something on. He then said oh ok. The way Donny spoke and looked at me was very uncomfortable. I felt so uncomfortable I wanted to just drop everything and leave.
I told my daughter I was so upset and felt so judged and uncomfortable. She then said, why?, did they look at you like you were stealing also?. Thats when I figured I wasnt the only one feeling the same way. Ive always have been greeted and helped in such a great and mannered way, maybe thats the reason I noticed such an ungrateful and unprofessional way we as costumers are being treated.
I would really appreciate If in any way they can be helped or trained on better customer service. For them to scan customers if needed but in a professional way as Gucci, LV, Saint Laurent, Burberry, Armani, Dior and Versace have been treating us. For the employees to be more quiet and professional and not making it seem we are walking into a flee market.
Although I did mention my frustration in a kind way to the representative who helped me as I payed, I wanted to contact someone else who will have a way to make things change for the positive. I thank you for your time, I wont stop shopping at Karl Lagerfeld since its one of our favorites but for the moment we will be driving to the Cabazon location.

- - Two Karl Lagerfeld jeans from Macy's and Lagerfeldparis.com had zipper failures.
- - Customer service promised a year warranty and asked for photos, but no reply.
I sent them three or four emails and finally about 3 days ago I had an email that said sorry we're working on what to do about the problem and it's been another 3 or 4 days and I've not heard anything from them
I wrote to Customer service on email, I told them about the first pair when it happened they asked for more information told me I had a years warranty on them. I sent photos of the broken zipper and the style of jeans, they are a newer style with little patches on the front of Karl and the cat No one got back to me, then I proceeded to write them about the second pair. The zipper is broken and I've never heard anything from the company. No emails, nothing in spam, absolutely nothing.
This was money wasted; the jeans I have are of very poor quality zippers, evidently, I I had mailed a second picture with the broken zipper in the second pair of jeans and they just will not get back to me.
I also filed a review on Karl Lagerfeld, they reached out to me and told me that I would have to speak to somebody in Karl lagerfeld prison division, since they were separate. I I am just speechless over the fact actually I have about 40 items of Karl lagerfeld, I have been on a kick of buying for probably the last four months, the cat logo items but now I am totally turned off
- Do not trust the quality of the clothing and i am disappointed with customer service

Placed order on June 2nd 2023. I had the merchandise sent to my PO Box 6388 Bronx NY 10451. Fedex delivered part of my package at my door with a picture. Then they left I gotta notice saying on June 1
