Karisma membership program is plain GARBAGE
We are not returning to any Karisma resorts. Their memberships are being pushed by the concierge with a very pushy tactic to all people who simply want to go and enjoy a nice vacation. No more Karisma resorts for us...including Margaritaville...and that's too bad that Jimmy Buffet is not here to see this crap!

Verified ReviewerI'm trying to transfer my menbership (fully paid and pay the transfer fee (which I have - $5,000)
I'm trying to transfer my membership and I'm not getting anybody to respond. I was told that Yennis Santana (VLO) is the person I need to talk with.
However, I can't get a phone number for her and I've sent 4 emails with only one response. I was told I needed to contact the resort where I purchased the membership, which I've done at least 5 times and they only take a message (can't provide number, email or name).

User's recommendation: Make sure you understand all the fees ongoing. For examples the hotel membership cost $174 per year and you are requried to pay for the entire period of your agreement (mine is 25 years).

Horrible experience
Staying at resort not what they advertised place run down planks broken all over safety issues blood on walls in room no umbrellas not activity schedule ones listed not provided. Here on family vacation wife is travel agent.

Punta cana should be to cater to the children like beaches does.as i read more and more reviews place falling apart workers on grounds not friendly soda with all different tops on .really not what we were expecting.advertised slime fest month of November here 9 days saw it once false advertising.
