I've placed an order. I didn't receive the 15% first time customer discount which I applied for using WELCOMEKT15.
Also, there was no picture of the pile pants on the order. If they are back ordered, I don't want either the top or bottom.

The Customer service agent admitted they had issues w Post Nord which they already knew about..something was done after the call but a present ordered 17.12 is not delivered in time for Xmas. It is difficult to find the customer service telephone no.
The link to the form is not working. I will probably not order from this branch again as 2000kr for underwear is quite a lot and the service level should be better.

I am trying to get these expensive shirts for my daughter. NOWHERE on your website can you change cc owner address from shipping address so my cc told me it didn't go through.
Although, I GOT A CONFIRMATION CODE IT DID.
Which one is it??
It did not take my discount code of WelcomeKT15 and for all this trouble it should be more of a discount.

These are elementary questions.
I am sick and this has taken an hour of my time when I need to get all my kids gifts! I will tell my daughter the hassle this has been seeing that these were on her wish list.

Quality issue
I have not heard from anyone--or received an offer of resolution. There is no phone number for customers to call in Canada so i was forced to leave a message for the General Mgr.
of Sporting Life and am waiting for a response from anyone.
Since this product cost just under three hundred dollars(also bought neck warmer) I am very discouraged that the black dye is not fixed and am nervous to wear with other ski clothes--which means I can only wear it in the city. I think some compensation is in order.
I was wondering if your company would consider a customer service gesture help with the cost of future purchases of your product? I have so far purchased your product from Red Devil//Sporting Life and most recently from Skis and Bikes and have had no product concerns overall.
Please get back to me on this issue of the black dye leaking when washed.
