Karey Distributors

As of now they refunded my money. only due to them missing a time frame to respond.

It still is not 100% official but it appears it is heading that way. Karey Distributors inc. has not helped me other than by accident. Great product if it works.

I had to battle these people to get anywhere and their own mistake is what did them in. I am happy to have been refunded or on the way to be refunded but not by them having anything to do with it the owner was so mean and not helpful but due to that Karma and truth won.

Karey Distributors is a bad company. They sell vacuums.

The also go under the name rainbow vacuums. They sold me a faulty product and refused to take it back. The guy I spoke with, the owner screamed at me stated he was going to stick me with the broken vacuum. He was abusive, rude and unprofessional.

fought it through my CC they have not been too helpful either. I have been asking just for a full refund and they will not give it to me, the kicker is they took my old vacuum as part of a trade in. Fighting with them still.

This started in April. Now with Attorney General and BBB.
