Better escalation process
It was obvious to me that my order was lost in shipping. The CSR was very reluctant to escalate the order to someone who could make the decision to replace my order and deal with their shipper.

I tried to call 4 times and get a message that lines are busy. Call back and I did and I got the say message.
Im very disappointed. Ive been a customer for a long time. Fortunately I never had to speak to customer service before.
Great clothes but I cannot purchase anymore in case I need help. Very sorry to say.
