Beautiful clothes, but if you can't get help, it's not worth buying.

I tried to call 4 times and get a message that lines are busy. Call back and I did and I got the say message.
Im very disappointed. Ive been a customer for a long time. Fortunately I never had to speak to customer service before.
Great clothes but I cannot purchase anymore in case I need help. Very sorry to say.
Helpful, pleasant and issue resolved
Ordered wrong size by mistake - agent cancelled and reordered correct size. And charges were deleted a few days after on my account from first order.
All was done in a timely manner and professionally.
