Verified Reviewer |Kardia mobile lack of customer support
Kardia Mobile stopped working properly. I tried numerous emails and also called the customer service number that keeps sending you on a merry-go-round of options for BS promotions that nobody needs or wants.
What an absolute waste of time. I have tried calling the number many times to try to get around the options that nobody wants, but so far with no success.

Preferred solution: Customer support that actually responds to to emails and a number that works where you can actually get to speak to a customer service representative

I had issues with my new Blood Pressure Monitor not syncing.
I called and they walked me through several steps, but it still didn't work. Then the guy told me that they were having some software issues and that is probably what it was.
They would reach out when it was fixed.
They did and now it is working. Great customer service!!!

It sure why your website is under pissed consumers??? I had a very pleasant experience with my call :) Mike was very pleasant and answered all my questions . Walked me through my setup:)
