Non working device
Received my streetwise stun baton order today. No charging light is coming on when I plug it in to charge it.

Verified BuyerResolved: KarateMart device not working
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I sent 2 emails and did a negative review.
When they asked, I sent the various photo documentation they asked for. After the 2nd email, a replacement was sent.
Although this one was from a different supplier, it looks the same. This 2nd device works, as advertised.
Received StreetWise stun baton order from KarateMart today. It doesn't look like the same one as on their YouTube video or on Amazon.
Followed directions to charge it. No charging light came on when plugged in to charge. After 2 minutes, it smelled like burnt plastic.
I unplugged it and called their 800 number. Amanda said they must have video of the device not charging.
User's recommendation: I’d suggest buying from Amazon. It’s cheaper there and you don’t have to record video of a device not working.
