Purchased a YIDI HK800 Karaoke set in Oct 2015. Player is buggy and laggy. Video paused intermittently. Seller trouble shoot for 2 mths and then stop all communications. Complained to AliExpress Cust Service 4 times, 5 mths passed with no response.
Left with a lemon that cost USD 498.
Cust Service kept saying they will submit a report to their team everytime I contacted them but no action. Suggest to buyer to raise dispute immediately for every minor issue so that money is not released to seller. Else they will delay trying to trouble shoot until they got paid and then bye bye to you. AliExpress Cust Service is just a show to drag until some customers just give up and stop follow up to closure.
Remember to raise dispute immediately at the slightest issue to stop payment and the claim refund.
