I 've only lived here 2 months. Every maintenance problem was taken care of in 1-2 days The security guards have been very friendly and helpful Customer Services have always helped me I really have only received one electric bill so far so can't comment on that I have never lived in the country before only city but the rent is same for really old houses good living so far

Raise in lease prices

I have been here since December 2020 may i ask what improvement have been made . *** its July 2021 Covid is pretty much under control .....I don't see any improvements .. The walking paths around the lagoon are unsafe .we got people driving scooters and golf carts all over housing ..is that even allowed. In order to fix the big things you need to fix the small things first. would start out by getting a new security company
