Bad customer service. Have engaged their vendors from their Kaodim apps, but were disappointed. The cleaners were not trained. They were either freelance cleaners or not legally allowed to work in Singapore. Engage their vendors at your own risk! Bad customer service. Terrible post Reno cleaning

I booked post renovation cleaning services through a website called Kaodim with add ons for fridge and oven cleaning. Shortly after, I was notified via Kaodim that DV FAST CO LTD accepted my job and we were not allowed to cancel. Firstly I saw awful reviews and I really wanted to cancel but thought I'll be nice and let the guys have a chance since they apparently had to pay a small fee to Kaodim. Prior to the cleaning, I verified with the cleaners that they will provide vacuum and other cleaning tools because there was a review that they didn't have the right tools. They replied that they will have the the cleaning equipment including vacuum etc. To my horror, they did NOT come with vacuum at all. It should be noted that Kaodim stated that all cleaning services come with the equipment. The job itself was a nightmare... Even though the job scope stated that interior of cabinets would be cleaned if empty, they were NOT cleaned properly and there was still a lot of dust. Next, even though Kaodim claimed that the job scope included the vacuuming and mopping of balcony, washing of bathroom and wiping of furniture, these were all NOT done. Splashing water around does not mean cleaning! The faucets and shower heads were still dirty and not properly wiped. The walls and doors were still dusty too! Basically, we had to clean everything ourselves again afterwards! I find it very unfair that we customers cannot reject job via Kaodim once the cleaner gives us the quote and we end up having to suffer this terrible outcome. I hope that Kaodim can ensure better vetting of their service providers to ensure they are HONEST and protect consumers like us.

Just an update on this review:Since sending my complaint to Kaodim, the platform where I booked the bad cleaning agent from, Kaodim had followed up seriously with my feedback. They acted promptly and professionally to make a service recovery. I'm very pleased with their customer service and ops.Despite the bad experience I had with DV Fast, Kaodim (Terence & Lawrence) had done well to resolve the problem!
