I'm not able to get Kanopy even though I have an account
I drove home from the library and as was instructed, I called your number and got an email with a new password. It did not work.
Im really getting frustrated with this and I appreciate all the help you can give me I think I need to talk with a real life person. The lady at the library was very nice but she said she recommends I call you directly, I think you for all the help youre gonna be giving me there was a movie I really really wanted to see it is called Irenes Vow
Librarian said contact you. Someone else is using my card #
Cant get into Kanopy
When I try putting I. My library card # & email address so get notification that there is a different email address with my card #

I can not talk to a live person to get into my account to canceling
I never heard anything back from this company. I had to call & block them from taking any more money from my account.
I will never recommend Kanopy . It’s impossible to get help when you have issues.
Your no help at all!!! I need a live person and Im not paying not even 1 dollar just to cancel my account!

Question about having two library cards on one Canopy Account
I have two accounts and when I try to sign in It says
this card is already registered with and existing Kanpoy
Acc.

my other email is amcofilms@***.com
How do I combine the two?
then... Im still not clear on whether or not theres a way to switch library accounts on Kanopy on my fire stick?
It lists both accounts, however it says one is in active and when I try to sign in it says you already have a library card with this name Not sure what to do.

Cancellation
Cant access info about my account online. Required info boxes are inapplicable in irder to communicate with them regardless of form tried.
Cant reach anyone to cancel an account that was set up individually with credit card instead of thru library as desired.
Online forms require information not applicable so cant submit.
Called to speak to customer service - must leave phone message @ parent co., Overdrive. Am certain I will never hear from them.
Preferred solution: Cancellation. Stop billing.

No response from kanopy support
I have spent many many hours to establish a connection with kanopy on my roku tv
I had the app and have no record of a password. I have done everything possible to reset a password, they sent me around and around to every site with zero results
I have given up trying and will go to my library in palm springs, ca to seek help
So disappointing

Pissed costumer can not get help to cancel!!!!
I have been trying to get a live damn person on the phone kuz ya dont have my right email which I cant get into to cancel my membership

Can login with library card number
My complain its about not able to login to Kanopy using the library card Ive done everything possible are use the library, address, the library branch and still not able to login a separate of the numbers in the back of it in a different way with a spacer but a dock nothing so maybe you might be able to help me to figure out what seems to be the problem I use the numbers in back of it and it tells me it doesnt recognize the number from the library car. Unable to login to your website, followed all the steps that you said nothing works
I have follow every single step login to Aurorapl.com follow the steps put the library card number it doesnt matter. It doesnt seem to work so I need to speak to someone and explain this to them and maybe they can give me some more information. Thank you.
