Shipping Confirmation

I recently returned two caps, one for credit and one for Kangol to administer as you see fit. After some very lengthy discussion I finally persuaded the lady that I was dealing with the the one cap was an exchange, because the one that was sent to me was too large, and that the invoice sent to me was inappropriate. The Invoice was supposed to have been credited, and a replacement for the hat that I had already paid for and returned was to havebeen sent to me. The very helpful lady who assisted me by offering to send me some hat size adjusters, which I received early this week, for which I thank you. However, I have not yet received the cap that I was to receive has never arrived nor was I given a tracking number for it. The most recent order # is 200220****, and the credit memo # is 200007**** I thank you very much for the sizing strips, but would be most grateful if you could give me an indication about when I might receive my replacement cap.\ I dont believe that the PissedCustomer below pertains to me though I have checked the box.
