Can't get any information about my return so I can order a different size
My order number is 616177. I can't get any info about my return or credit to get another size of shoe. I returned the shoes almost 2 weeks ago.

Hello , in May I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my twins but they came small for them . So it was no time to order again bcoz we have to fly oversea to visit family so I just return and get a gift card.
Now we decide to stay in viet nam for living .
I would like you help me to refund $ to my orginal card , its is possible for you to?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Just do t order from Kane.
I had no interaction.. they never answered the phone it rang for 15 minutes..

Do not feel like I have to pay in order to talk to someone in customer service regarding the status of my return
Terrible and I will not be ordering from this company again. Also the fact that you have to write at least 100 symbols is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Where’s my refund?
I was not able to get through to the phone number provided. I have sent several emails asking very nicely where my refund is with no response.
They received our item back on June 12. Not a happy customer. Please call me and give me an update on our refund: 404-661-**** or email me back at christyrieke@***.com.

Unable to return
The return portal will not generate the return label and shows an error and directed to email them. The email system sends out automated responses saying to use the portal!
They do not respond and they do not answer telephone calls and no way to reach them!! HORRIBLE!!Be
