This was an accident sorry no complaints. Was just trying to find a customer service number.

I finally called the correct number to which they were very helpful and kind and exchanged it for the proper size. The employee was very understanding and for the record I love Kancan jeans.
Bad Product
Due to a flaw in a pair of jeans, they began to tear within the first day of wear. Contacted Kancan directly, and they were not willing to replace the flawed pair of jeans. Shows poor workman ship and they don't stand behind their product.
