If you have facebook i highly recommend you look this guy up look up this face book page called page Stop Khosrow Sadeghian. He apparently has been taking advantage of people for YEARS.
If I can give minus 5 stars I would, I paid 130.00 application fee for a home I was interested in I had to call to find out my status when I did the guy whom I spoke with said I was not approved for that home without a 5 TIMES deposit upfront okay I get it I have credit flaws but FIVE TIMES that puts it close to TEN GRAND! He told me about 2 other places which I went to view and LET ME SAY I have never in my life felt disrespected I went to one home which the key code did not work so he told me to see if a window was unlocked only to find the back door unlocked when we walked into the home it was completely trashed out mattresses laid out all over the home rat *** everywhere trash in every room of the home, needless to say it looks like the homeless come to the home to sleep in or drug users come there to do drugs etc. The second home was not better broken windows the back sliding glass door was smashed in glass every where, the ceiling was coming down in one bedroom kitchen cabinets broken. I call the man I spoke with on Saturday morning asked him if he has viewed these homes himself he stated yes they need work and if I want they can fix it all for an EXTRA 250.00 a month or I can find my own handy man to do so! Then said I will need 2000.00 UPFRONT let him know and just HUNG up on me. This place takes advantage of people with credit issues seems like they will charge you for every little thing ripped me off of 130.00 and basically tried to take advantage of my situation. No thank you I' am not that desperate to live in a dumb that is over priced. The next complaint is to the BBB. Watch out for places like this!! Now looking at the good reviews and people saying we have bad credit, credit score under 500 low income ETC. YES THAT MAY BE TRUE heck thats WHY I APPLIED WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ADVERTISE THEY WORK WITH ALL CREDIT but they should NIT take advantage if that again..... II WAS APPROVED but they tried to put my in TRASH who

Khosrow Sadeghian is one of the worst people you will ever meet. The guy is a Con Artist and Theft and will steal for anyone he comes into contact with.
Just google his name and you realize what kind of person your dealing with. Highly advise that you stay away from him and do not do any business with him unless you want trouble.
