Poor Service @ Kamin Furniture

We bought a dinning table and chairs from Kamin. First they tried to sell us the display table which had two scratches on the top for full price. Then our order of a new table was supposed to only tale 6 weeks to come in, instead it took 9-10 weeks. They told us they were having trouble finding all the pieces since the table was now discontinued. After having the table a month I realized they sold us the scratched table on display because they did a crummy repair job on it, but at this point we are too tired of dealing with them to fight them to get our money back.

Chair not repaired. 10/22/2009 purchase of $828.00 chair.

10/22/09 a Easy Boy recliner was purchased from the Kamin Furniture Company of Victoria Texas by me. Less than one year later the seat of the chair's fabric separated (not torn or cut) and the arm's stitching was coming undone...with 'easy' wear. The fabric stained easy and was promised to have stain resistant surface. Kamin Furniture picked up the chair and told me it would be about 3 weeks until repair. It is now over 2 months and they told me I would have to pay for the repairs. I agreed as I need my chair. I am a 100% disabled veteran. They then gave me the story for weeks (and my wife too) that the 'parts' were on order. Now, they are returning the chair tomorrow not repaired. I feel cheated. Promises were made that were not kept. That was a big purchase for me. I don't know waht to do.
