THIS COMPANY IS A GIANT SCAM

We got these cameras and signed up for the service. I had cancelled before the trial was over then they billed me for the year, which wasn't a small amount of money.

I tried to contact them but it's just automated it seems. They just keep telling me how to cancel and I have done that over a month ago, yet today was charged yet again. I then called their customer service line, but the number just leads you to this never ending loop where they're trying to get you to claim some prize that you were selected for. I have done everything that I can, and even contacted my card company and they said that they can't do anything about it because I gave them my card number.

This seems very much to be a scam. I don't know how this company got so big, but they've now charged me over $500 for a service I don't use, and cancelled before I should've ever been charged anything. I'm very angry. I can't get help, and my apple ID says that the account was cancelled in May.

They should be reported. This is theft.

I was looking back on my subscriptions and realized I had a Kami security year long subscription taken out without my knowledge or my permission fraudulently. I found it hidden away in my Google pay and to say the least I am pissed how dare you take that money out of my debit card.

now I have to go to the attorney general's office to go after you to get my money back cuz it was in December of 2023 I just realized like I said I just found this hidden expense. I want a full refund!!!

Bad customer support

After years of being a customer I had to change my payment info. Now my cloud service is not working.

I can not talk to anyone. The email only offers self help.

The problem is on their side. If I cancel they still have my money for the full year.

Please. I am asking if I could get a trial for a couple of months to see if Kami will be of good use in my classroom.

I work at a public school, Pleasant View Elementary School, Providence RI and we do not have funds to pay for this.

I accidentally purchase Kami cloud twice one on Aug 17 and again on Aug 24. I called to have one( Aug 24) cancelled.

I had to go to Apple to get money refunded. They have cut off both services. I KNOW they can be contacted by phone because I called yesterday. Now I cannot find a phone # for them anywhere.

I NEED my Aug 17 subscription back on.

I use it for my 92 year old mother l, which I told them yesterday. I explain expect a phone call today 936-414-****.
