No response so I am going to deny the charge.
I have been trying to cancel this subscription plan for about two weeks
I emailed your customer support and not received a response. My only option now is to deny the charge on my credit card when it auto renews on February 11.

Verified ReviewerI really need to speak with a live person. I accidently bought to Entry plans, what I wanted was to get the plans that records motion 24 hours a day. So I have the two plans.
I cannot understand all the customer service representative that I speak to... plus my question for combining my 2 single phone plans is not what I wanted.
I accidently purchased two Entry plans...I need a plan that has continuous recordings...please help...is it possible to combine the two payments of 45.99 and set me up with a higher level of the plans you offer...please help...mary
Preferred solution: Combine both payments to get a plan to include 5 cameras and continuous recording...IF it can be done...Thank you

Poor customer service!
They claimed my subscription expired but I paid for it with Apple Pay until august of 2025. I wrote them on multiple occasions and never received an answer or a phone call. I never got any help and I cant use the subscription I PAID for!

Please. I am asking if I could get a trial for a couple of months to see if Kami will be of good use in my classroom.
I work at a public school, Pleasant View Elementary School, Providence RI and we do not have funds to pay for this.
Please let me know. I can not pay the full 99$.
