Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

The service they provide has been good, when my wife subscribed it automatically lead her to tripling the fees for the same service, she was able to cancel one before the 3 days were up, it was virtually IMPOSSIBLE for me to find a way to contact them via phone or e-mail - I finally found the e-mail address, they offered us something to buy, we said no, and they now told us the 2nd billing would be reversed within 3-4 days.
Whew, the process was frustrating...
Their choice to not make phone or e-mail contact info available on their website would lead me to likely seek other choices for future needs.

No response so I am going to deny the charge.

I have been trying to cancel this subscription plan for about two weeks

I emailed your customer support and not received a response. My only option now is to deny the charge on my credit card when it auto renews on February 11.

The online cancellation in the app does not allow me to enter the order ID number

I really need to speak with a live person. I accidently bought to Entry plans, what I wanted was to get the plans that records motion 24 hours a day. So I have the two plans.

I cannot understand all the customer service representative that I speak to... plus my question for combining my 2 single phone plans is not what I wanted.

I accidently purchased two Entry plans...I need a plan that has continuous recordings...please help...is it possible to combine the two payments of 45.99 and set me up with a higher level of the plans you offer...please help...mary

Preferred solution: Combine both payments to get a plan to include 5 cameras and continuous recording...IF it can be done...Thank you

Poor customer service!

They claimed my subscription expired but I paid for it with Apple Pay until august of 2025. I wrote them on multiple occasions and never received an answer or a phone call. I never got any help and I cant use the subscription I PAID for!

Are you sure you mean Kami the education tech company, not Kami the Camera provider, This is the Edtech company for PDF annotations and classroom work, if you do mean us then please email support@***.com and mention Zach and it will be sorted out

Service cut out and now claiming I have no account. No customer service whatsoever now they are trying to bill me again in January.

I work at a public school, Pleasant View Elementary School, Providence RI and we do not have funds to pay for this.
