Paid for service twice that I have never used.

I accidentally purchased from your website. I don't have a camera through you or need for the service. I have been billed twice for a service that I do not use. I would like a full refund.

Overcharged, for this I had overdrafts.

Really good cameras, but I only needed 2 and got charged for 5. Now I have 80 dollars overdrafts. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Support will not Respond to Emails

I received a reply the first time I emailed support@***e, telling me that a code would be sent to me for the Kami App, which would transfer my subscription from YI cloud to the Kami cloud since the YI camera would not work on my 5G. I have been trying to get that code for over 20 days and no one will respond to me. I have sent an email every other day and no response. From my experience, do NOT order from this company! Support is a joke and I wasted money on a camera that has very little options without a cloud subscription. I am not spending another $70 on a cloud subscription with this company, I'm going with Ring.

I use to be able to screen record, because I need date and time proof, but that isn't working and it's not my phone that's the problem But for now, WHERE'S MY FOOTAGE?

My account information was changed on November 10th and this company allowed an email and password change without ever sending a confirmation email asking if I was the one making the changes. They are trying to say that this new email address was the original registered email...even though I sent screenshots of the subscription confirmation and the receipt from where I paid the yearly subscription fee that SHOW MY EMAIL AT THE TOP. If this person who hacked my account last week had originally set up the account, then I obviously would have never received the confirmation emails to MY email address. I strongly recommend using a different service for cameras and home security b/c obviously this company is not secure AT ALL since it allows account changes to made without ever notifying the original account owner.

You all needi to do better and your product with your direction on how to set up your outdoor camera is any one on hard drugs ? My number is 470-861-**** I am still trying to get my camera set up and working if I cant get any help I will sent it back and get my money back

Money take from my bank account.

I recently ordered a home security camera. I also applied for the cloud monitoring. I returned the came be cause it would not connect to 5G. Now they are trying to take money out of my account. I contacted the company to remind them that I canceled their service while within the seven day free trial. I contacted them again today and they sent me to a different page asking for my card number again before anyone would help me. Stay the *** away from this company. Oh yea, of course there is no number to talk to a real person.Stay away from thos company.
