I am beyond frustrated with my experience and will never shop with this company again. I placed an order for three items, trusting that they would be delivered on time.

However, only one of the items arrived, and to make matters worse, it didnt fit properly despite spending a lot of time providing accurate measurements. I also explicitly requested that the bra pads be excluded, yet the dress still came with themextremely frustrating.

I was promised by the company that I would be referred to a local tailor for alterations, but that never happened. No follow-up, no resolution.

The other two outfits are still missing, and the event I purchased these dresses for is fast approaching. I was assured these items would arrive before the event, but theres been zero communication from the company on the status of the order.

To add to my frustration, the designer who initially helped with the measurements is no longer answering calls or texts, and the support team via WhatsApp has been absolutely useless.

This company has completely undermined my trust. Theyve failed to deliver, and I have no confidence that they will resolve anything.

The lack of communication and accountability is truly disappointing. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.
