Kalia Living

After taking a Discovery Tour in early July, 2019 I signed the very first contract for anew development within Kalia Living @ Bellazo Homes which is also a gated community called LaGuna Cove, beachfront/Oceanfront Penthouse and condominiums. These were to be completed within 3.5yrs which was perfect for me given my age and tax consequences.

They were not yet advertised or known yet to the public. It was simply a question I asked of my Salesman Chief Architect/Engineer Francisco Alvarado who upon my arrival to Discovery Tour I learned he had left the company. I was hooked up with GM Alejandro? as my new Salesman and put my down payment of $5K down fully 100% refundable and with a first right of refusal.

I had first pick of my Penthouse too. I had worked diligently over a year on a hi-end design to the 9s all approved by CEO/Owner Amnon Dahan and he also negotiated with me to use my Penthouse as his Showcase Home for up-sales. In the contract is also written a $1250.00 maximum refund for RoundTrip Airfare for two bringing my total contractual refund 4yrs later to $6250.00 and after not hearing anything back from many, many phone calls, emails, texts, faxes, letters, etc. I called the US Embassy in Costa Rica and they provided me their top 5 Civil Attorneys names and after speaking with them they all required a $5k retainer fee.

Well thats chasing good money after bad.

So I called my local Attorney Generals office and they have been attempting to get in contact in many ways with Kalia Living @ Bellazo Homes to no avail for over a month yet shall continue trying until further notice! Beware of these thieves very unethical and unlawful business practices!

Ive not been able to contact anyone at Kalia Living @ Bellazo Homes in 3.5 years since signing a contract and putting $5K down as their first client to do so on their yet to break ground private gated beachside, oceanfront penthouse community, LaGuna Cove all within and part of Kalia Living at Bellazo Homes. I signed with a First Right of Refusal Contract (very basic) 100% guaranteed and refundable the down payment, round trip airfare for two up to $1250.00 and due to the fact that our trip was on 7/9/2019 some 3.5yrs ago also to include additional $1250.00 in lost wages plus attorneys fees provided by the US EMBASSY of Costa Rica.

All totaling $7500.00 My quest began 4.5yrs ago working diligently with chief engineer/ salesman Francisco Alvarado who has left the company better than 2 years ago then my contact was taken over by GM Alejandro? which has also left the company better than a year ago. I have no further contact information with Kalia and research via the internet provides no answer phone numbers and return to sender email addresses. Again, this has been going on for some 3.5 years and counting.I met as a Lebanese gentleman Ami Dahan, owner CEO and an Israeli man, wife and children in their home 3 times during our stay.

We shared heart to heart hugs. My Penthouse was designed to the upper most/highest level 9s and offered to Ami to be used as his Showcase Penthouse for up sales on future penthouses and condominiums. In return, he would provide me a free of charge place to stay, all agreed upon via gentlemans handshake. I truly believe that he has not even begun to break ground!

The logistics were the ideal place for this private gated community all to be a part of Kalia Living at Bellazo Homes! I was taken badly to date but I shall not quit.

Please inform me with true contact information if possible! Ive contacted the US Embassy in Costa Rica for their list of Civil Attorneys on staff for representation of my issues and just whom they would recommend I contact!
