I couldnt order on my Flexi Way account as I hadnt changed my address. After a phone call to Customer Service it was easily sorted and the advisor was extremely pleasant!

I could not print off a returns label nor could I message you about it through my app.

Before I left I tried to download a returns label from my K app, but could not. I left the parcel in my safe place for a courier pick up using the label on my invoice. I asked my grandson to check it had been picked up. It had not, due to there being no bar code on the label. I cant find out how to contact customer services UK!! Could you please post me a link to print a return label and put a note on my account that the return will be delayed until my return to the Uk.
