Thomas aka George is really bad boss and horrible person treats his customer like trash tells them they are crazy tells them bed bugs are his profession to shut up and let him do his job he disrespected me telling me to walk home .. he called the customer and old *** and called her crazy.. he then yelled at her and snatched the contract out of her hand , he then paid me for job and now is texting me to pay him back after I worked for it , and saying threats against me , he also said he was going to call police saying I stole from him Thomas is a horrible person never work for him

Thomas Kalcas is a scam artist! BEWARE!!

Thomas Kalcas took a total of 2900 dollars from me for deposit and first months rent on a house in East Providence. He then refused to allow myself and my three kids to move into the property. We are now without a place to live and the money I had saved to obtain a place.

Thomas Kalcas the Scam Artist

Georgios Kalcas, who also goes by Thomas Kalcas, is a landlord with a lot of unresolved anger management issues. His favorite technique is to yell and accuse his tenants of things that are not true to get them to break their lease, then he tries to collect on future rents (after he has already rented the unit out to someone else). He also collects deposits from potential tenants with a promised future move-in date, but then he lets someone else move in first and will not refund the deposits. No matter what the person who has been scammed says, Mr. Kalcas accuses them of being unstable, having anger issues, and being crazy. In psychology this is called "Projection". If it was not so painful, it would be funny. We are fed up with his tirades and antics so we are all looking to move. If you are considering moving into one of his units you better think twice! There are a lot of nice landlords. Don't fall prey to an evil one like Georgios Thomas Kalcas!!!
