- - Ordered 43 Imperial Beige 4x8 tiles from Bharat Tiles.
- - 35 tiles arrived edge-chipped.
- - Replacement discussed; batch unavailable; discount on invoice.
Before three month we had ordered 43 Imperial Beige color 4*8 tiles
from Bharat tiles Udaipur Rajasthan . We received 35 tiles damaged
with chiping at the edge .we Contacted the dealer and a kajaria ceramic technical head visited the site and inform us to order new one
and they will provide discount on the that , but the same batch number tiles were not available and they ask use the damaged tiles and they will provide discount on the invoice .Out of 124000 they provide only 9000 .
There is no proof that tiles were damaged in fatory , dealer warehouse or our site .Dealer and kajaria reprensative decided its customer fault and close the chapter .
I request to look into this matter to have a fair justice to customer . Tiles weight is 70 KG and packaging material damaged in transit only .

- - आर्डर के रंग की टाइल्स नहीं मिली; तीन रंग दे दिए गए.
- - डीलर ने फोन पर कोई जवाब नहीं दिया.
- - पैसे लेकर भी टाइल्स नहीं दिए; कंपनी और डीलर जिम्मेदार.
जिस कलर की टाइल्स आर्डर की थी उस कलर की न देकर तीन कलर की टाइल्स दे दी, डीलर के फोन करने पर कोई रिस्पॉंस नहीं मिला। मेरा मास्टर बहुत नाराज है। डीलर पैसे लेकर भी टाइल्स नहीं दे रहा है। ये ग्राहक के साथ धोखा है। अब मैं कस्टमर फोरम में शिकायत करने का सोच रहा हूं। जिसका जिम्मेदार कंपनी के साथ डीलर का होगा।
