Very helpful and great advise
I recently purchased two trees and some tools. I also emailed and called the company to get some information and advise. I was very pleased with the packaging advise and service I received. Graham seemed patient asking my novice questions and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Its pretty clear from all the help, advise and videos that the company is a passion not just a business. Thank you for helping me explore a new hobby.

Resolved: Kaizen bonsai - bad service, totally unprofessional
Have ordered a bonsai tree on 21th of January 2016, a week my order was in "processing order", i have emailed them why, they told they are on some exhibition, that the order will be shipped on 25th, on 27th i still did not get any news, then suddenly i got an email, that the shipping cost changed from 11pounds to 40 pounds, therefore if i want this order i must pay additional cost. So i've been waiting for week from the initial order, then i have got an email that they will not ship for the price i have ordered. Highly unprofessional, any other shop would ship, if there would be some mistake from their side. But instead Kaizen Bonsai prefer to get a negative reviews :( Don't recommend, poor service.

Terrier and Weasel
I ordered terrier and weasel bits from Kaizen Bonsai. They arrived in a timely fashion. The bits are quite sharp and do the job handily. Now I'm just running on to reach the 100 word limit. It's been said that satisfied customer's tell 1 person of their experience while dissatisfied customers tell 100s. Just thought I'd speak up. I got what I expected. Kaizen Bonsai met expectation. They exceeded expectation by including safety glasses which serve as a tangible reminder that carving has its dangers. Still need to ramble on. Nothing to say. Who knew it would be so difficult to speak 100 words?

Hello just to let you know I have had a recent issue with kaizen Bonsai in the UK also. I think there carving tools are a pile of *** and I will continue buying my tools from abroad. I have used there terrier and weazel etc etc. Dont bother get the real deal it may cost more but it will be razor sharp and last!!!!!!!!!!! Remember Customer service Kaizen and you suck!!!! I have my own business and if i had a customer care package as good as yours I WOULD BE BANKRUPT ! PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER

Attention Kaizen Bonsai 4months delivery and very bad service
I have had a very bad experience with KAIZEN BONSAI Ltd. in England (a company selling bonsais and bonsai tools) I'v ordered a few things from them back in the middle of January, a part of it I got with no problem in about 3 weeks, but 2 items which were out of stock I did not. I waited for about a month and emailed the lady in the company. At the first stage she was saying that everything was posted and signed for so what do I want in a manner that I am lying so leave her alone? I got pissed off because she did not post me a bonsai tool for over 40 euros and an other thing so we are talking about 50 euros here. Eventually she found my order and confirmed that I am still due the items but they are out of stock, so I have to wait another 2 weeks which I did. In the 2 weeks time I got an email from her that she posted it. I was waiting a month again and nothing happened, so I did ask her again, where the parcel were. She sent it to my old address. Firstly it took her an extra month to post it, and she was of course blaming the irish and english post, secondly she posted it to my old address and of course I still haven't got them. When I got onto them and asked them to post the items to me in a week time they refused it and only gave me the refund. And now here we are 1st of april and I don't have the items I have ordered. IF YOU CAN FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO ORDER FROM PLEASE DO SO BECAUSE KAIZEN BONSAI IS NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY AT ALL AND THEY WILL HOLD YOUR MONEY FOR MORE THAN 4 MONTHS. AND OF COURSE THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. a pissed customer
