I called at 11:20 am today to Kaiser to get care advice. I have an awful cough, burning sensation with a side of my nose, and I'm feeling awful. The operator told me it would take about 30 minutes to talk to a nurse. Which I was shocked and decided to wait the 30 minutes. 52 minutes later I am still on the line. I am 14 but that should make me wait 52+ min and not get an answer.

Kaiser sucks.. I have to beg for care. I have a back injury and they put me on nerve medication/ depression and had so many side effects but the Dr. did not care. It has taken me 6months and over 20 appointments to get a shot in my back for my 3 bulging discs.. I will be leaving them at the end of this year..

I am so glad I don't have this insurance. A friend of mine does and her daughter has a broken pelvic bone from a sports injury. They have been told to basically suck it up for a few weeks there are no open appointments. How could a company do this to a teenager who can't sit or lay down.....they are beside themselves with what to do. She was taken to the ER and they took X-rays and told to get her to an orthopedic...but no Kaiser is going to let...
