Unfairly treated
A friend told me about your dog food and that I could go in and get samples to see what kind my dog likes. I was only allowed to try one grain free and one with rice, even though there are five options.
How do I know which one my dog would like? When I asked why I couldn't try them all, they said that people are taking advantage of the samples. This was my first time in Kahoots, so why should I be treated as such? I can't help what other people do.
It was very off-putting. This is the Carlsbad, California location. I would like to try all the flavors. How can I make this happen?

Paid for a year's subscription, but service will not activate. Can't get in touch with anyone except AI Robyn, who can't help with anything. No customer service

They do not return customer support contact!!
I just want to pay a damn invoice!!! And no one will contact me back!!!
They have no phones listed anywhere online. The company address that is on their website says they are no longer a client with them. So do they actually exist or not??
What do I have to do to get someone to respond? Any suggestions?
Preferred solution: someone to contact me so that I can pay the invoice!!
