Disput an reacuuring order that I didn't approve
I didnt know that if I subscribed that ment I except automatically orders . I thought that I was subscribing to email and text messages only .
The product is very good but I wasnt ready to refill as of yet . I like being in control of when Im ready to purchase again.

Got it Earlier than expected. Taste great. But cost doubled to get enough for a month.
Actually received my first package 3-days earlier than promised :-) Still, for an octogenarian, Ka' Chava is pretty expensive for a senior citizen on Social Security. And Im disappointed that they advertise subscribing for packages a month at a time and yet theres only 15 daily servings to a package versus 30 servings, per month which means that at first you believe you only have to pay $60 per month but to get an entire month out of it you need to buy two packages which doubles the price.
And that was disappointing.
To be fair, taste and texture are superb. Added blueberries, strawberries, sunflower seeds, Chia seeds, and Pepino seeds to my smoothie and it tasted terrific.

Take me off your monthly schedule
It put my credit over it's limits.I don't remember of authorization to automatically send me your product in the first place. I need to have you cancel the payment on my card. Capital One.
