Filthy Facility Review
This place looks clean on the outside, but inside.. The dogs r sometimes overcrowded that they poo and *** on each other, the places reeks inside....

ANIMAL ABUSE
- - They gave Bordetella to our Bulldog at K9 Loft.
- - Two hours later she needed IV Benadryl and oxygen.
- - No warning on side effects; Bordetella isn't required.
They gave our new English Bulldog Vaccinations. We had our dog in the daycare program at k9 loft.
They told us that they were giving Bordetella vaccination. 2hrs later returned and they were hooking her up to an IV of Benadryl, along with an oxygen mask. Next day, head swelling finally went down. Now have a bout of "cherry eye", not sure if brought on by the vaccination, or just happened to surface at the same time with these issues.
Really upset that Bordetella is NOT a required vaccination - along with the fact that NO WARNING about possible SIDE-EFFECTS. We never went back to this place, and now we find out that there is no doctor on site!!!
We are beyond angry. THIS IS JUST AWFUL

This is a an absolute fake review. It was put up by a customer who was pissed off because he brought his dog in for grooming and was unhappy with the cut.
I know because I was one of the receptionists who was working that day. He swore he would go online and make K9 Loft look bad. And don't take my word for it call the Veterinary Medical Board and make an inquiry. Really sad how people lash out.
If you are pissed off about a haircut fine…but why make stuff up. Very sad.
that is considered preforming veterinarian services and is illegal!
