I was tired from a long few days of heavy child care on top of making the house was running smoothly with everyone else who lives here. I was trying to find the kids some work books so they could do a little bit of work on the weekends to make sure they catch up (one has a learning disability) and also stay at their appropriate levels.

Once I got the email containing the links to the PDFs and realized they weren't physical books I contacted customer service and they told me they don't issue refunds as the PDFs "can not be returned". Their wording made it sound like a link to something that has will not degrade from use would actually not be usable to other people. I have seen people who sell things online in this same way issue refunds when their product genuinely can't be reused, but this is absolutely not be the case with a PDF. Because I used a Tremendous Visa card to purchase them I tried to contact Tremendous and only got an automated message back from them.

I've been extremely busy and haven't had much time to myself, but once I did I sat down to download the PDFs that I was now stuck with only to learn that the download links have an expiration date.

Ultimately, I lost $24 that I couldn't afford to lose. Thanks, K5 Learning, now buying them books to help them learn will have to wait even longer.
