Your service provider who answered the phone lied.
NO HELP WHATSOEVER! Don't send me anything it's a waste of time.
I am disputing my charges and I will write a review everywhere I can possibly write one to say what an awful company you guys are!
All the time I spent filling out a questionnaire downloading information putting in my credit card information using all the data on my phone and spending every last sent I had to be told to go to urgent care I explained this wasn't an urgent situation my sinuses are draining and it's back drip in my lungs All I need is a z-pack or a very mild antibiotic. I'm upset

The staff to the Dr. Were awful, took 4ever to get the nurse and she was useless!
No help in getting any antibiotic. Use Teledoc
